ok..I'm crazy
I had to test fly a new kite before I dropped it off for a members exhibition and sale at Urban Shaman Gallery. It's winter here. Yesterday afternoon it was -25 C, today -13 C or so with a windchill.... It wasn't so bad being out in the weather. The wind was pretty inconsistent so it took awhile before I was convinced the kite would be ok to sell. I'd feel horrible if someone bought it and it didn't fly properly.

When is the opening...this Saturday?
There's a 5th floor party at the Bate that night too...
Urban Shaman's party/opening is Tuesday Dec 12. i think the stuff is on display staring on Saturday.

i guess flying a kite in the middle of winter is somehow safer than in the middle of a field during a thunderstorm.... so it's really not THAT dumb.... hahahahaha
